Been involved at LCR for over 6 years and I must say it is a great place full of wonderful people!
Lutheran Church of the Resurrection is a small congregation with a big heart. Each Saturday they provide breakfast for people in need, feeding 40-50 men, women and children through Saturday's Miracle.

Since my review was removed off Facebook and I can no longer write a review on Facebook I will post here. I contacted the pastor here to marry my parter and I. Everything was good to go. We arrived at the church on time and was married. We were told we were welcomed back anytime and that it was okay for us to attend services. However, a few hours after the ceremony I was contacted by the pastor and told I was not welcome back and that I needed to find another church home and that I also needed to find someone else to marry me in a year when I planned to do my bigger ceremony. Mind you this all took places less then 8 hours of her marrying us. I am mortified I had someone marry me and then tell me to find someone else because she was more interested in drama. This conversation could of taken place prior to her agreeing to do the ceremony and the wedding later on. I thought being a Christian you were supposed to open your church with open arms, but clearly not this church. I am happy I did not invest anymore of my time!!!!
Great place to worship and be in community. Caring folks who work hard to make a difference.
