VIC and CINDY are my go-to people when I go to this store. They're always cheerful and helpful and knowledgeable.
I have been to three different hardware stores with a vague description of the project I am trying to accomplish. Westlakes was the first where I had knowledgeable and helpful staff. On a summer Saturday, the store was busy, but someone offered to help me within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Two people were helping me problem solved, but it was Vick who came up with a solution. I will return the next time I have a hardware question.

I pretty much always go to Ranchmart Ace because it's closer to home, but went to this one the other day since Ranchmart was out of the light bulbs I needed. This place is great! A good-size store with great selection and extremely helpful staff. I think from now on I'll mix it up and go north on Mission to this store instead of south to Ranchmart every time.
Always helpful. Staff are easy to find and offer assistance. Products are in stock even when Lowe's or Home Depot doesn't carry or have them on hand.
