Horrible customer service and very, very expense; $6.50 for $20 Costco pants with my member discount. Really? This place is crying for competition.
This place might have the worst customer service of any location - maybe dry cleaner in general. The surly attendant today sarcastically said "Oh joy" when I brought iny items. Might be work for him, but also pays for his salary. I'm never going here again and will make sure to let all my friends know the same.
I had a very bad experience here. Lost suit and very poor customer service all the way up to senior management to help rectify the situation. It's a shame becuase Tower would be so convenient.

You'd be better off buying a machine where you can do your own dry cleaning at home. To call and get the same attitude and poor customer service "over their mistake" is beyond ridiculous. Im amazed these people are still in business.
