This place has incredibly good food and the staff are all super nice

Food is somewhat expensive for fast food, but pretty good quality. Employees are inattentive, chatting among themselves and not really interested in helping customers.
Entire order was cold and disgusting, went inside specifically to ask for no cheese on french dip but got home and it had cheese on it and was basically frozen. We also got Dr. Peppers and they were disgusting, basically 1/4 dr pepper 3/4 water. I can't remember the last time we've ordered something from here and ended up satisfied. Will no longer give them my business.
